Car ID? 50's/60's?

I picked up an old Kodak Brownie 616, and there was a roll of exposed film inside. I developed the film, and there were very useable images (except where I measured wrong, hence the dark strip along the bottom). This image was the only one that gave any type of specific info regarding the subjects. The roll seems to be that of a visit to Grandma & Grandpa's house with the new baby. The car has a legible Washington State license plate, and I'm submitting a request for vehicle history to WA state in hopes of possibly finding the family, and sending them these never before seen images.

Now to the point. Can any of you car gurus tell me the year, make, and model of the car? A web search of car emblems, etc. left me empty handed.
