My first attempt at action. Also my first post, so I'm not sure how the quality of the photo will turn out. There is a bit of camera shake, butI had some help cleaning it up in photoshop. The lighting in the gym where I shoot is terrible, so I am open to suggestions or comments!

Like I thought, the quality is terrible from altering the image quality/size. I appologize for this, if I can fix it somehow I will and repost, otherwise, feel free to comment on composition technique and any suggestions for how to shoot great action in terrible light would be very appreciated!

Aside from it being partially OOF, the composition is great! It looks like your focus point was on #22's back. You might consider stopping the lens down a bit so your depth of field isn't so narrow.

He used a Nikon d70

Just pull the pick off and look at the exif data.

I just select it and drag it to my desktop and open in Image browser

I love the emphasis on "she" lol, I like the composition a lot. The photo looks blurry, but I am assuming a lot fo that came from posting it and the actual image looks better?

the photo seems nice, but i cant realy see it because of the horid compression, ease up on it


30mm, 50mm, 85mm, and some zooms here and there.
All nikon :D
