Is the forum undergoing changes at the moment?

I just logged in and I didn't see the forum tools so that I can pull up my subscriptions. I think that's usually between "Mark Forums Read" and "Open Buddy List." Screenshot attached.

Also, there's no drop down menu for thread tools. Wondering if this is a sign that the forum is being updated or changed? Or is it just me?

Interesting. Might be just me. I accessed the forum on my phone and I see a QuickLink's button for a drop down menu instead of EITHER Mark Forums Read and Open Buddy List.

It's just you. Rather, for me the "Forum/Thread Tools" links are at the right hand end of the black bar immediately above the first thread/post on the page, not where you were looking. That's in IE, Chrome and SeaMonkey.

And the tools themselves are below the last thread in a forum or the Quick Reply box in a thread below the last post on the page. That's IE 11.

But not Chrome or SeaMonkey (and, I presume, FireFox). With them, clicking on the button brings a drop-down right under that button.

It's weird. Issue only showed up today. I think my work computer just got updated with IE 11.

In IE 11 try adding POTN to your "Compatibility Mode" list. That will restore it to what you are used to.
