How much DOF or where to have focus is very subjective. For me, 3 & 4 are more pleasing than 1 & 2.

Thanks Sparker1 and SeattleSpeedster - I agree.

Took me three shots to close the aperture and wind up the ISO - doing mainly Landscape this is a bit counter-intuitive for me.

As the wind was high and I didn't stabilise the subjects - focal point was a bit hit and miss on the smaller subjects.
