It actually looks like it could be handy for other sorts of wet shooting, as the video shows.

Anyway, weird ideas come in all shapes and sizes these days.

When I read the title I immediately said holy c**p! Then I thought of how many people screw up the simplest things. Then I clicked on the link. You got me!

IN their market materials, they have a guy holding an iphone in one hand and the weird camera in the other. Uhh, why not just use the camera on the iphone?

I'd not seen a usb camera like that, nice length too! Incredible at only $33.

Looks like a fusion of "Flip Camera" and "Asthma Respirator"

I bought the "endoscope" usb cam partly because when we bought our house there was one basement wall concealed behind sheetrock that was a concern, and I had to convince the seller to let me cut a hole to look, with the promise that we would pay to repair if we did not ultimately buy the house. With this, I could have looked without negotiating. And I got to thinking about looking at cylinder walls inside motors, inside pipes and down drains, inside violins for repairs that would not otherwise be easy to spot, and it was easy to see uses for.
