I'm looking at a Tamron lens from a reputable seller on ebay that's in Canada (I'm in the US). Can anyone who's done this tell me how the warranty will work if I make the purchase?

In theory it may work, in practice I would avoid. Too much hassle to ship stuff to Canada - custom/duty/long wait etc.. Not worth the risk.
