Flagstaff fall colors

Took a trip last week down to Sedona and parts south, and as we were traveling south on US-89 just north of Flagstaff, this is the view that greeted us.

Still processing the rest of the shots.

Ya gotta love fall! As always, all comments are appreciated.

Wow. It looks like it's really popping now. I went a couple weeks ago, and it wasn't peaking anywhere near that much.

It really was brilliant! It was the most colorful I have ever seen the area, but then I may have just missed the times on earlier trips. Beautiful one day, and then nothing but rain for the next couple.

The colors were brilliant to be sure. I guess the other vehicles on the road just took the view for granted because we were the only one that pulled over to enjoy the view.
