This was the first wedding I've ever done as the primary photographer. The bride and groom are some friends that I work with, and were insistent that I shoot their wedding, after I had taken their engagement photos (which was also the first time I had done that as well). It was definitely a stressful day (because of some major time crunches to get the pictures done, lighting, and the weather), but in the end, everyone had fun, and they enjoyed the work I was able to give them, so I guess that's all that matters.
My wife was the second shooter, and it was great. She has no real photography experience, and the experience she does have, is just from watching me take and edit pictures for the last few years.
I had VERY little experience with off camera flash work before that night as well, and had never done any at an actual venue, so that was adding a HUGE amount of stress for me. I made all of this very clear to Zach and Amanda right from the start, but again, they were insistent on me being the one for the job.
Here is a link to more of the end result, if you would like to see them. C&C is always welcome as well. Thanks for looking.
