Hmm.. I like the last one #5.. and number 4 if you switched the color scheme to make it like #5.. so the shutter is orange, MDR is white, photography is white etc.

To me, I'd say it depends on what it's being used for. If I were in your shoes, I could see myself using a couple of them. Possibly something like #5 for a website banner/logo, letterheads, invoices, etc. and something simple like #1 for watermarking.

I think I'm with feanor on this one. Aperture blades are way overplayed IMO, and do a very poor job of communicating to a non-photographer.

Nothing here says photographer to me, except a mis-spelt word!?!

Start with simple, solid black & white. Once you've found something that works visually, then start adding colour, and gradients if you absolutely must..

Wow, you guys aren't too helpful.

There is nothing Mis-spelled in the name. The definition of Foto, is the exact same as Photo. I've been using that name for years and have never had a problem.

As far as the logo, what would you suggest is something that says "Photographer" - except the two words, Foto and Photography, that I've already included.

I do agree with aperture blades, that's why they are a tad different. I'm was never too keen on them.

You didn't really want honest opinions then?
