This has simply got to be the easiest lense to use ever...in the history of lenses! LOL!

I agree and maybe that's why it's become my favorite lens. It makes me look good!

I just picked this lens up today for my 50D and all I can say is "wow." Very happy with it after a day of playing with it and can totally say its price feels like a steal. Of course my cat isn't pleased as he is my lens test subject every time daddy brings home a new toy.

Probably because it's the Kenko TC.

I would have expected it, if it did the same thing with my other lenses. My 70-200 2.8 keeps the camera at f/4 regardless of what mode the camera is in. Weird.
