I love this lens. Some from May that I forgot about...

to a pro its a poor mans lens, but to others....who would spend 400+ on a lens? nobody! not even a camera...i don't think this is a poor mans lens, a nifty is a poor mans lens

also no offense but that 1.2 picture doesn't compete with some of our pictures on the 1.8 thread at least what was just posted. just saying

Hey thanks! Actually I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have more shots that were as tack sharp as that first one. I shot everything in AV mode that day at f/2.2 trying to stay inbetween wide open and f/2.8, for some unknown reason. Anyways, my ISO stayed at 100 and depending on which shot I took I got a varied shutter speed of somewhere between 1/2500 & 1/4000. I'd have to check to see exactly what the shutter speed was when I get home tonight.
