Is there a stickier camera strap for Canon than the one that comes with the camera' The stock strap tends to slide off my shoulder.

Sure. There are a lot of them out there and everyone has their favorites. A couple of pro's recommended the UPstrap to me in a workshop I attended, and I now have several and love them. I think it's just upstrap.com. Just bought 2 more last week and I think they were about 50 bucks each, not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

OP/TECH also makes one that has non-slip backing.

I'm a fan of Luma Labs. I have their Cinch 1 and their Loop 3. Very well made products that function as advertised: http://store.luma-labs.com/ (external link)

Domke straps have a rubber insert that keeps them from slipping. i find the Upstrap to be painful when wearing only a t-shirt.

^ I only use Domke straps but I'm not sure if they're easily available in Colombia. They're very well made with rubber threads on the inside and come in different widths with metal hardware, not plastic. If you've seen a Domke bag the strap has the same rubber threading woven into it.
