I believe, and I'm not a professional, that when you take a photograph like this, you have to have an identifiable subject. All the other elements within the photo have to support the subject. In this photo, what is the subject, the girl or the gas pump? If it's the girl, the gas pump is too large and it draws the eye away from the girl. It competes with her and it shouldn't. If it's the gas pump, the girl is superfluous.
The background is too in focus. Your f/stop was not wide enough. Even if you shot this with a wider f/stop, however, you still have the window panes coming out of her head.
I'm not a fan of the processing. I don't know what you did, but her face is the color of silly putty and looks unnatural.
