so canon has a 30D. Great, true spot metering and 100K shutter are worth something of value. uses the same grip as 20D. Now that is brilliant.

Is this all they are releasing with a new ef-s lens? Where is digic 3. My new 1Dsmk3?

Some one please tell me there is more to come!

Crappy, where is the leap forward? Holy crap. 85L mk2, yeah big whoop. I dont really care about usm on this lens anyway. Was really looking forward to a 50 1.2L or a mid zoomer like a 24-55 1.4L(1.8 would have been fine). Digic3 and iso 6400. I expected to wake up with canon leaning over nikon's corpse driving in a railroad tie thru the heart.

A rr tie is rather large, they start at about 8'x8''. Were you thinking rr spike? Both would be devestateing. I've been using canon cameras just a short time and the only thing I expect from them is overpriced lense's.
