Yep.... obviously that entire football program, and especially its quarterback, think that they're above the law and that the world revolves around them.

The cops are right. While you are allowed to take pics, the staff was within their rights to ask, even demand that pictures weren't taken, they just couldn't enforce it.

They also couldn't threaten, intimidate, or otherwise harass people. Beyond asking them to step back to a reasonable distance from the booked practice area there isn't much they could have done within the law there.
