I think MFA is applied whenever AF is used. In your case it's value is zero. I was manually focusing so AF is not being used thus MFA is not applies and it does not show up in the info screen.
Thanks. Makes sense.

There are so many variables with that setup that I would never trust it. I've used the graduated sheet (series of evenly spaced lines, with a "zero" line and a couple stars in the middle) and tripod setup to successfully MA multiple lenses. It's not clear to me where you think all the variables are coming from. Constant lighting, constant focal length, constant exposure (ISO, SS & aperture), constant perspective & distance to the subject, constant AF method (typically micro point, using the center point). If feasible, I shoot tethered, so I can view on the laptop and adjust accordingly. Setup is a little bit of a nuisance, but the process is quite simple. Canon 7D Gripped; Canon 7D ii Gripped; Canon 17-55 f/2.8 IS USM; Canon 70-200 f/2.8 L; Canon TS-E 24 f/3.5 L; Sigma 85 f/1.4; Rokinon 8mm f/3.5; various lights & gizmos
