This is definitely not my strength -- cannot figure out where to start with the hair. Any thoughts how to attack with Photoshop CC or Portrait Pro 8?

Suggest you find a high end retoucher. I use retouchup.com who aren't high end but do a good job considering their prices. M_Six Cream of the Crop More info | Nov 10, 2014 22:39 | #4 I don't see the hair as a problem here. I had to rework a head shot recently where one lock of hair was sticking out at a very noticeable and awkward angle. It wasn't easy, but I managed to remove it. But on your pic I don't see an issue other than *maybe* that one strand above her right shoulder. Mark J.
