Need Portrait Help -- How can I tame this hair

This is definitely not my strength -- cannot figure out where to start with the hair. Any thoughts how to attack with Photoshop CC or Portrait Pro 8?

Hair is between very difficult and impossible to change later, especially with that background. Suggest you find a high end retoucher. I use retouchup.com who aren't high end but do a good job considering their prices.

Ah. Thats why I couldn't find a five minute how to video. Might just have to chalk it up to the windblown look.

I don't see the hair as a problem here. I had to rework a head shot recently where one lock of hair was sticking out at a very noticeable and awkward angle. It wasn't easy, but I managed to remove it. But on your pic I don't see an issue other than *maybe* that one strand above her right shoulder.
