Overcast would be fine. I'm just not ready to test the weather sealing yet. They are calling for 3in of rain between now and tomorrow morning. Lol.

While that is probably true, I will avoid the type of rain we hare having today if at all possible. Unfortunately none of the lenses I have are as robust. Either way, I'm eager to test it, just not that eager.

digitalparadise Awaiting the title ferry... More info Post edited over 8 years ago by digital paradise. (3 edits in all) | Jun 11, 2015 17:35 | #2933 I got a chance to get out today. Second outing Since I had no real value to enter for my 100-400 and TC I just left it at +14. Lowest value with Dot Tune was +5 and it still beeped at +20. I'll have to dial it in properly one day. So for BIF I tried Case 1, 2, 5 and 6 and with each one on single, expanded and 51 zone. It was like shooting fish in a barrel. Although fast as they glided by they were steady and every case and AF method did well. I actually found the TC limiting because you only get centre point. In zone I could move the initial point around to start focusing. It was a lot of fun. Case 6, 65 point zone and no TC. Case 2, 65 point zone no TC. Case 2, single point - expansion no TC Case 6, 65 point zone no TC. Case 2, single point - expansion with TC. Light was a bit hard depending on the angle. Case 6, 65 point zone no TC. Guy beside me caught a fish Image Editing OK

I still think I'll probably got with one AF point but I am curious. I like how you can move the AF point around and pick the area you want to work on. Image Editing OK
