Nellis Air Show 2014 - Legacy Bombers & Warbirds

Howdy everyone!

This was my first year attending the Nellis Air Show (Aviation Nation 2014) but it won't be my last...what a great show on both days. It was well worth the 5.5 hr drive to Vegas
These first shots are some of the legacy bombers & warbirds that were performing. As always C&C welcome and appreciated

You should be very happy with your shots as they are superb. Love the detail and your panning is spot on.

Agree with all the above. Are you using a gimbal or do you just have big strong arms?

Well, thanks. But my efforts in panning props with the Tamron 150-600 netted me very few keepers. Certainly nothing in the same ballpark as yours.

Wow, 1/80sec @ 500mm. Impressive.

Moose, I'm using a Canon 500mm prime sometimes coupled with the 1.4TC. So I think that helps tremendously.

Great shots. Same weekend I was in Pensacola for the 100th anniversary and Blue Angel homecoming show and it was poorly attended. The only military was 2xF35 and the Blues. There were a few civilian acro and 2 warbird flybys.
