Hello

Could anyone possibly recommend a suitable macro flash bracket for a 580EX II, to be used with a possible variety of lenses plus extension tubes (Kenko DG in my case)?

My camera is a 5D MkII, and my available lenses are 17-40mm, 24mm TS-E, 50mm, 70-200mm and 400mm. I probably need something that can be re-positioned to suit whichever lens I end up using, but I'm not sure what the best option is.

The option to hand-hold as well as have it tripod-mounted would be handy, although I think I would probably end up using it tripod-mounted most of the time.

The Manfrotto 330B looks quite handy, but I wasn't sure if a bracket with the bendy flash arm and handlebar grip would be more suitable instead. I have got some 550EX flashes as well, so could incorporate one of those as a second flash, if that's a sensible idea.

I haven't got a dedicated macro lens at the moment, but I have my eye on the Canon 180mm f/3.5L, if that affects the bracket choice.

Thanks very much in advance for any advice or opinions.

Mike
