I've had the firmware updated on the 300 mk2, but I wouldn't think it would make that huge of a difference. The last photo, 6, was taken from the player bench during warm ups, but all of the others are on par with where I normally shot last season. www.ReicherStudios.com

I know the angle is the same but there is just something about them that's different from last season. Maybe its the PP you do. The whites are whiter and everything just seems more sharp and detailed without being over the top.

The only processing I do is import the files into Adobe Camera RAW, then apply a preset I have which does the lens correction, exposure, hue, sat, sharpness, and a few other settings. That's the only processing I do, but maybe the ACR is just doing a better job of processing them. Also, I'm using a MBP retina when I was using a Windows-based PC before, but the monitor was consistently calibrated. /shurg. www.ReicherStudios.com
