sd/cf cards for video on 7DII

I'm grabbing one of these but know I need to also get new cards. I won't be shooting a ton of video or using burst shooting too much, but might as well get cards that can cope when I want to do those things.

I've been looking around but the choice is a bit overwhelming. Is 32GB enough or is 64 the minimum suggested? What specific cards or things should I be looking for?

Video's not as demanding as still RAW burst mode. A legitimate Class 10 SD card or CF equivalent (30+ MB/s) will be able to keep up with video easily. As ever, choose a brand you trust (but I don't need to tell you that!).
