This is my son's pic. I need your ideas on how to make this image stunning. I have Lightroom 4, but not sure what needs to be done.

Another Adjustment Brush over his eyes and sharpen +60. Apply noise reduction to entire image at Luminance 20. Apply sharpening to entire image Amount/Radius/Detail/Masking at 50/1.5/15/80. The idea here is to brighten up his face only (I love the background as is), sharpen his eyes a little bit, reduce noise, and sharpen overall.
