Hi,
This is my son's pic. I need your ideas on how to make this image stunning. I have Lightroom 4, but not sure what needs to be done.

I would use the Adjustment Brush (75 density) over his face and do +1 Exposure and maybe +50 shadow.

Another Adjustment Brush over his eyes and sharpen +60.

Apply noise reduction to entire image at Luminance 20.

Apply sharpening to entire image Amount/Radius/Detail/M​asking at 50/1.5/15/80.

The idea here is to brighten up his face only (I love the background as is), sharpen his eyes a little bit, reduce noise, and sharpen overall.

Pretty close. I made some finer adjustments (private message me I can email you the larger file with adjustments metadata intact) and here's how it looks.

Here is my attempt. First time doing this on POTN from someones image. I redid it a couple times lol.

Why don't you take a picture, it will last longer....
