Im going to Cambodia next year and dont want to carry too much gear. was thinking of my 5DIII 17-40L for the wide stuff and the 135L for candid street stuff and closer landscapes etc. The only thing putting me off is no image stabilisation and wondering if it would be enough reach. I do love how this lens renders backgrounds FUJI XT5 + XT3 & a bunch of Fuji lenses, Mavic Air2 drone

I do love how this lens renders backgrounds I used it in Cusco one day for some street photography. It can also be used with the Canon teleconverters as well. "IS" would've been good as you had to work fast (less time to make sure you had a steady stance) otherwise they'd spot you & hide or ask for money
