But if you look very closely, I think you'll find his teeth are clamped around a piece of plastic that is somehow connected to the cigar. Let's call it a 'cigar holder'. David.

Nope, I didn't add the cigar afterwards. You're right that there's something connected to the cigar. I think it's a toothpick or a match.

But I like the way the image came out, including the slightly crazed look on the fake MP's face. David.
