This was just a quick test shot I did with my daughter to help test the focus adjustments I did. I must say, for a 10+ year old lens, it still produces some great results. (That blurry mess in the background is my front yard and a major highway).

My very first post on POTN! Glad to finally be part of a forum that I have been enjoying for quite some time!

Just one hour ago, I made my happy purchase of the Canon 135mm f2 from B&H! Truly cannot wait for it to arrive. I'll shoot some photos and post after I've had it for a few days. It is due to arrive at my door on Thursday.

I must say that the photos on the Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM Threads 1&2&3 are amazing! People with this lens are getting some terrific shots.

One of my first shots with my new Canon 135mm f/2L! Just received it from B&H. I submit not because it is stellar, but because of my learning curve with the incredibly razor thin DOF! Front of Bengal mostly in focus, and backside out of focus. Not a bad thing, but I can see how DOF is a real consideration with this lens. BTW, this is "Parth," my son's three year old Bengal Cat. An AMAZING personality!
