Edgar, my rescue owl. He fell out of our tree, I put him in a bucket and hoisted it back up into the tree. His mom continued to feed him and Friday morning, he went out on a limb! I snapped this just as I left for a week long trip. I hope he is still around when I get back.

Got a 86" PLM and Einstein strobe to play with today, practicing and learning this new light but I did take this in the garage with the 135mm

If that was aimed at me then... thanks! I have had this lens for a few years now; I absolutely adore it for wedding work. I decided to try it on my crop sensor for emulating a 200 mm F/2.0 alternative since I have been lusting after that lens but don’t want to spend the money.

This just might be my favorite lens. It’s definitely in the top three. 24 f/1.4 is up there too. I’m eyeballing the Sigma 135 f/1.8 as a possible replacement but knowing there is probably a Canon 135L IS coming soon has me hesitant.

Anyone else in here tempted by the Sigma?
