All 3 of your shots are great, but the orange tones in the first one are awesome. Well done.

I was shooting in Av mode and had the auto ISO set to 1/250 minimum (shutter speed) and the camera took a series of photos at 1/320 ISO 500. I cant get my head round what has happened. Surely it should have taken the shots at 1/250 and then a higher ISO value? I don't know but I actually usually prefer a faster shutter speed even if that means I have to bump up the ISO.... especially when I am shooting with my 135L and my subject is my 3 year old... I don't typically like to shoot anything less than 1/400 with squirmy kids, I like a nice sharp image. This may be a little overkill but I shot this one outside with nice overcast natural lighting at 1/1000 and ISO 400... Husband & Wife Team / Tony & Karissa / flickr

Anyway, I shot this photo today with the 5D3 & 135L using natural overcast light. Settings were f4.0, ISO 400, & SS 1/1000 ![]() That is a fantastic shot; if you're getting these results just keep doing what you're doing! Dale
