When I use my TX controller on my 5diii, it seems to choose not to fire the strobe when I go above sync speed. I'm hyper-syncing studio strobes, which I've attached a 622c. I've never had issues with my 70D, only now with the 5diii. If I trigger with a 622 instead of the TX, it fires no problem over sync speed. I've put the TX in HSS. The indicator light blinks red on the TX when I hit the shutter, it just doesn't seem to communicate with the 622's. If I go under sync speed, it fires consistently. When I go over sync, it DOES NOT FIRE. Please no lessons on sync speed It seems to be a settings issue. Hope someone can shed some light! I've tried fresh batteries, cleaning contacts, etc. Something is making it choose not to fire when I get above sync speed...
