Lobowski guessed it, it's the top of a boat dock post ; ) And yes, because the lens is so wide angle and shot taken so close, the shadow almost appears missing. It's what I liked about the shot. That thin black strip on the bottom right of the post is it's shadow. Just much smaller because of the perspective. Gear: 5D3, 135L, Sigma 35, 50 1.8 STM, 16-35 F/4L IS, 85/1.8, Fujifilm X100T

itsallart Cream of the Crop More info | I can't agree with this at all. Where is the shadow though? Look at the bench and notice the angle of its shadow. Something is not right here. Renata
