I know, but the lighting was altered with dodging on her face. If you look at both images,
you can see his PP work and how he made the changes for her face.

Strange. He had a BTS photo that I saw (not posted here on POTN). I could've sworn I saw it on the flickr photostream but I can't seem to find it now.

Looked like a big softbox to camera right close above the subject's head. And then like 6 feeth away, there was someone with reflector down low.

I did not answer earlier believing you would get a better answer straight from Joey, but on his Flickr page in the comment about this photo it is stated: "Rovelight 600B/PCB 47" Octa camera right @ full power/Triggered Yn-622c's"

I know this may not fully answer your question, but this may be what jwcdds had seen somewhere else.
