Recently shot a campaign for a restaurant out here. Shot the food, interiors and these are a few from the 'patio' portion that i liked

+1 to vertigo's reply. Your request is meaningless because my best shot would only be my best in the exact circumstances under which the image was captured. Additionally image quality has little if anything to do with what an image looks like at 100 or 300%. It can only be judged at the proper viewing distance of the image. Zooming in to 100+% is only useful for applying/adjusting sharpening/noise reduction/detailed local adjustments. It is useless for judging IQ because you can't see the image.

I have owned a 7DI and the 5DIII. I used the same lenses on both. When viewing images from both cameras none of my friends can tell the difference. Sure under certain conditions the 5DIII produces less noise and the user experience is better because it has better controls and a better AF system.... but as for IQ the lens/conditions/subjec​t and photographer are far more important.

If you want to know what the differences between files are at the pixel level then you could rent a 5D and shoot a standard camera target with both cameras set on a tripod under identical conditions with identical lenses. But that will only tell you about usage under those conditions.

At first I thought it was silly to compare pics at 300% but then I thought about it. I'll post a picture tomorrow for you. The thing he is specifically asked for your best. So I'll do that. I'll post a pic shot with my strobes and my 90mm tilt shift. I think that is my sharpest lens. Actually the more I think about it the sillier I think it is ha. But I'll post it regardless.

All I want to know is this...My 1Ds3 coupled with a 180 macro, with a tethered stacking technique using Canon Utility Software,
results in edges of three pixels on vertical and horizontal planes...will the 5DsR top that?

I have a new to me 5D3 I purchased yesterday and was lucky enough to have a Senior Shoot to play with it for the day. Here's a few quick edits that I put up on facebook for them to see.

I have to say I only upgraded from a 5D2, but WOW, I love this camera!
