Testing the Canon 100-400MK11 lens on a 5DMK111, found it much slower with a 1.4 Extender

I'll be part of your little club in a few hours. Picking my first FF camera later on. God, I'm excited!

And here it is. First photo taken by my wife. Terrible light in the livingroom. Impressed with ISO! This is the face of a happy new owner.

I'm volunteer photographer at tomorrow's local parkrun. Light rain is forecast.

I will be using 5d3 obviously along with 70-200 mk2 and 16-35 f/4.

How weather resistant are these combinations?

That combo should be weather resistant and I have certainly used mine in the rain (I wiped it down with a hand towel frequently).

Having said that there is no quantifiable measure for what level of rain the camera will resist and if it fails due to water damage that won't be repaired under warranty. The camera is not water-proof, only resistant.

I would suggest buying some of those cheap plastic bag camera covers that slip over the camera/lens.

I'm a cheapskate and have popped my 5d3 into a ziplock bag with holes in strategic places and it worked like a dream in the rain

Lol, that is pretty much what these rain covers are.... they aren't the well made pro ones. Just long bags with openings. Still fine for keeping a bit of rain off.
