Clik Elite Compact Sport backpack - buckle puzzle

Can anyone tell me what these hook things on the buckle (the lower one in the picture) are for? This is from the sternum (chest) strap on a new Clik Elite Compact Sport backpack (CE706GR). I can't figure it out, and the pictures of this bag on the Clik Elite web site show a normal, smooth-top buckle without the thingies. What are they?

My guess would be prongs to hold a camelback/water bladder hose

EDIT: Well no more guessing. Did a quick google search and thats exactly what it is.

Thank you both for solving that. (I do wish the bag manufacturers would provide at least a tiny bit of information on how to use their products. Not the first time I got a new bag with no helpful material from the maker.)
