That's a really good price.

I saw Adorama was selling for same price, but only if you ordered over the phone.

Makes me wonder what kind of deal is coming this week. That's what I'm waiting for.

I would be pretty surprised if it went lower (than CPW street) this week at any major retailer.

You may want to check your credit cards.. I have one that does price guarantees, didn't even realize it until I got an email about a B+W filter I purchased asking me to register the purchase so the card company could track lower prices and refund me if it went lower. I didn't bother with the filter, but I'm definitely doing it for the 6D I just picked up.

i checked with CPW and was told $1599 dealAvailable from A reputable Canadian authorized dealer. And order will likely be backordered due to demand.

Bought mine Thursday and it arrived Friday by UPS next day air at no additional charge. Telephone orders only, that deal might be over by now.

Most likely the same Canadian retailer that had the $2100 for the 7d2+24-70/4IS deal.

I'll say that I got in on that deal and the transaction/shipping/p​roduct was very good. Nothing out of the ordinary and I would sign up for it all over again if needed.

I grabbed a deal by CPW for the 1599 - it was PMI -Profeel. Transaction on Wed - arrived Fri- Perfect transaction.
