Didereaux Senior Member  More info | Nov 24, 2014 08:36 | #1 Saw 5-FIVE- Whooping Cranes this weekend. All of them looooong shots, but we got a couple of pics to how anyway! Here's one of a pair that flew over. The second shot is over a 1/4 mi aaway. Done with a 400mm + 2X on an observation deck tthat was literally shaking in the strong gusty winds from a T-Storm. BUT we got the shot! LOL   Couple of Canon bodies, a couple of Canon lens, few gadgets all stuffed in a bag...and a stick, and a tripod.
