Hello All, I'm very pleased to be a new member of this forum. Such a great source of information with so many interesting threads. It would be rude of me not to introduce myself. My Name is Paul and I live in North Somerset (UK). My first camera was an Olympus Trip 35. This followed by a string of different compact camera's.
As my children came along and started growing up I really started to get more into photography and got my first DSLR the Canon 5d2 Xmas 2009. After a few years I replaced this with a 1Ds3 which is what I currently use now. As a crop camera I use a 7d.
I enjoy all forms of photography and look for every opportunity to go out with my family and a camera and take pictures of anything and everything. My photography style is always back button focusing and wide open.
As I get to know and navigate my way around this site I will contribute more and post some relevant topic pictures and I will welcome any comments and recommendations. What makes this an enjoyable hobby is that there are so many avenues you can explore and there is always something new to learn. Thank you for finding the time to read my introduction.
