I am a little concerned on the traffic in EOS Cameras. One post an hour on average. That is usually much busier. ???

I am pretty religious in EOS Cameras watching posts. In two pages of posts, we go back 6 days. That is very light and uncommon.

I think it has a lot to do with the release of AMASS. Normally, I would be viewing and posting in the image sharing sections, but with the release, I find myself talking a lot and viewing the threads with complaints, and the how-to's. Give it time, people are still confused about the whole update.

I'm not surprised. Black Friday weekend, Cyber Monday week holiday shopping, combined with the forum down for 2 days.

How does EOS cameras compare to EOS Lenses in terms of activity?

Also, keep in mind that we haven't had any new members in a week. We are in a holding pattern during the transition as far as new members go.

I think people are still adjusting to the new look and feel of everything. Things will get back to normal soon.

I think like the rest of us, folks are just reading threads with AMASS information currently. Makes me wonder if Pekka has programmed any graphing or auditing into AMASS for following flow. I'd say give it a week or two. Seems to be a good number of folks online, so lets just wait and see,

Correct. Not since the old POTN.

That seems weird. What is Pekka's reasoning behind that? And when can people register?

On a side note, I would have to say the the forum seems busier, not from post #, but from users. Look for yourself. The busiest day to date was just 3 days ago...

Also remember that the camera-lovers threads were moved out of the Canon EOS Digital Cameras section. That's where most of the traffic was.

That might be the largest differentiator, I had forgotten that. I am so glad that was done. 20-25 threads on page 1 were always camera archive threads.
