I am liking the new look quite a bit, the only thing that bugs me a bit are the inconsistencies at the top. White text on a dark background is fine, but then having black highlighted text on the line below is inconsistent with the clean look above it. . . .
Having the colors pop out to you when there are PMs or unread messages is perfectly fine, and really draws the attention, but the basic black doesn't do it for me. Just a personal thing.
