the new posts purple banner on top of the page is the single greatest addition, but it needs to float. If I'm at the bottom of a page, I dont like scrolling to the top to check if new posts show up. Should be able to dock that feature.

Charlie.

I am not sure if you are aware of it, but there's a notice that shows as you scroll down.

I think it is better on the phone also...probably iPad too, I'll know later.

I have browsed development versions a LOT with an iPad 2 in vertical mode. AMASS is very tablet-friendly. Only thing that I can't help with is that iOS 8.x does not keep cursor visible while typing.

PS. People should really try AMASS also on larger screens with two or more windows side by side. IMHO narrower windows are much easier to read and AMASS scales really well. Try CTRL + and CTRL - (zoom in/out) on any page, in gallery pages you get some fun action with those, too :)

Does anyone know how to find the User CP to show the subscribed threads that might have updates?

that's one of things I don't like about the other forums out there, just look at fredmiranda or dpreview forums and they are so central that when you have the browser set to full screen on a 24" monitor you have a lot more wasted space.

the old site and now this new site uses it's space way better.

Is there a way to make it disappear? It takes up 25% of my screen when I read on my iPhone in landscape.

It's not horrible but I don't get why it needed to be messed with in the first place. One other question, why can't we see other's post count without going into their personal page? Or is that a setting we can turn on?

I can make it disappear if screen height is less than "something"....

Those of us with less than 100 posts cannot see the Marketplace. So I guess I need to make 40 useless posts, to get to my ad that I placed last week?

at the rate of people talking about the aesthetics, or being puzzled at the for sale/to buy threads going missing etc. I don't think there will be an issue to get the required 100 posts in double quick time...

Not sure what your getting at in the first part. I would just like to have an option to turn it off. Second, the post count taking an additional click when it was in a basically unused part of the page doesn't make sense to me.

Especially if I quote you and say "yes, I suppose so".
