There is a clear line separator between my gear list and my post, however the same cannot be said about the post number/ timetag/like text.

Gear lists in sigs are no longer needed. Every member's home page has a special and spacious area for gear.

They are there, I've already imported mine. They are in the section titled: "Canon cameras, Lenses, and accessories" in the dropdown under: "Pick a Forum".

Ive imported those but it didnt bring over any of the lens sample threads, camera user threads like the 5DII users threads, and some of the lighting threads. I have to hunt down those independently. I think those got put behind the gear browser firewall and not part of the general population. Since I didnt make a list im sure there are others that I wont remember right away. And yes I'm aware this is a first world problem as are most things.

truth be told, and I will admit.

I did not like it at first and preferred the classic. after accepting it I began to fall in love with the changee.

hence 'give yourself some time' comes in play.

all we can do is tell you one thing, but it is up to you to see it through or not.

we don't get paid to do this, we just want everyone to give it some time and hopefully enjoy what we enjoy. spreading good words other than false advertisement. we do not get paid.. we are members like yourself and everyone.

As mentioned, this is version 1.0, instead of everyone just saying this new forum sucks without giving any reason why, please why not indicate what you don't like about it for Pekka to put into consideration? It is Pekka's forum, but it is also our (us members) forum and in some case, home. There is room for improvements, it does not stop here.
