The all new Manual Focus ALT lens thread...

It's great to have a Nikon forum here at PoTN, and I pleased to inaugurate a manual focus alternative lens thread for Nikons...I look forward to seeing what you all got...

The 1st is from a broken Vivitar 28mm...stuck, like so many of them, @ F2....@ ISO 6400 lit by a single street lamp.....taken just to see what ISO 6400 looks like...I'm now convinced to go out and to some serious night shooting with the 28...
The 2nd from a Tamron 70-210mm F3.8-4....the consumer low priced Adaptall2, not the SP version....I am very pleased with the results from the Tamron, this particular shot posted because of the edge to edge detail...I have other 70-210mm MF lenses, but this is a nice light-weight lens...I also have an Adaptall2 2x converter that I'll be testing on this lens...and I'll post photos with it too.

Nikon D300 with a Tamron sp 90mm f2.5....at f2.5 no less. BTW, the filter piece at the taking lens is meant to mount a 49mm filter and hood. The bay 1 filter is too expensive and hard to find. A bay 1 hood which could accommodate a filter as well??? A very difficult find.
