Hello, i brought a now M42 to EOS adapter with focus confirmation chip and after using it for about 50 photos my fully charget battery ran out.
Is it possible that the chip from adapter to influence power consumption?

I's not only possible, it's probable.

Many of the cheap electronic adapters are power hungry. They use old, non-energy-saving technology.

In fact I paid just 2-3 pounds for it on ebay. I didn't expected that battery draining after just a bounch of photos :(

Never noticed that problem - I have however had to replace chips as only recent versions talk to 5D mk III.

Also keep in mind that some lenses at infinity will bump the mirror of a full-frame camera. My Super Takumar 50mm f/1.4 and 35mm f/2 both hit the mirror of my 5Dii.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Were they made for full-frame? Or for APS-C?

Seriously? M42 mount? I'm pretty sure they were all full frame 35mm lenses.
