I searched and found some ancient threads about cases for Paul C. Buff lights. But as the time draws near for me to go ahead and buy and we have this new forum I thought we could revisit it. I am looking to be able to store 4 strobes and the reflectors and grids. Would be thrilled if I could fit the stands in as well.

Good luck. I had a Pelican 1654 for 5 Speedotron Black Line heads, a 1205 pack, a 400 w/s pack, and the cables. It weighed over 100lbs and the worst for carrying anywhere. I ended up selling it for a Dynalite 800w/s kit that has two heads in a back that fits the cables, two stands, and two umbrellas. It's not as many lights and the ABs won't be as heavy as the Speedos, but fitting that many lights with everything else in one case will still be immensely heavy.

My village called. I was told that they missed me.

Speedotron users, untie!

I had considered the weight. I have lugged the profoto d1 3 head kit with trolley wheeled bag and it was not too bad. Unfortunately I cannot afford that solution yet

I have the Godox version of this case. It's not a full hard case. I like it but I have 3 heavy Flashpoint / Mettle strobes, light stands, and umbrellas in it with some miscellaneous stuff. It does okay but I need to reinforce the handle and the bottom a bit. For $100 it was well worth it. Sorry I'm on my phone and can't see where to post just a link.

Thank you, what do you think of the dividers in the Godox bag?

They're standard hard dividers covered in a bit of padding with velcro on the ends. They stay alright but if it's over loaded like mine they tend to come loose. I've seen this bag under a few different names with slight variations.

Keep my stuff in a Pelican 1654. Yep it is heavy when loaded. But holds everything I need except the stands.
