Hello to everyone. I was out shooting birds this morning and i was wondering what would be the best way to bring camera and lens back into the house after a couple of hours out in the cold.

You could zip lock them both. This way it allows them acclimate slowly to the warm temps in the house. Although i never have an issue with condensation in this scenario i do have the it happen in the summer time when you go from cool Air Conditioned environment to warm summer outside. -Omar- Flickr

Dec 03, 2014 12:20 | #3 Permanent banWhat vipergts831 said. If the camera/lens combo is too big for a ziplock bag, you can just put the camera back in the case/backpack and thus bring it in. Leave it for a couple of hours there, then you can take it out of the pack. urbanfreestyle I am a squirrel who loves rubbing bottles and I have Nuts in my drawers, too! More info | I can't say i've had an issue with any of my cameras. I generally take the memory card out as soon as i get in and pop the camera in the kitchen (coolest room in the house) and review my photos then come back to the cam about 2 hours later. This is generally after 4 or 5 hours night shooting -2c up to say 20c. Facebook
