You will need to "reactivate" subscribed threads that you had before the change if I understand your question.

I'm confused about the threads I followed/subscribed to.

In the past I'd catch up on my subscribed threads by visiting usercp.php. That page showed a list of basically every thread I'd replied to, which had since received new replies.

"Followed & Own Threads" *sounds* like what I want, but it isn't actually showing that stuff. It shows maybe a dozen ancient threads that I personally had posted. It doesn't show *any* of the numerous threads I was subscribed to and following on an ongoing basis.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but I can't figure out what.

Thanks!

Please visit the link in the first post about old POTN subscriptions. You have to go to the old list and flag which ones you wanted to bring over. Since POTN was set up to auto-subscribe on every reply, everyone that was active over the course of years would have thousands of subscriptions built up, and it didn't make sense to bring them all over, i suspect.

The New and Followed has 2 modes: New posts in all unfiltered forums and Followed/Owned showing all the posts you follow and own and their history (filter is at the top). As you choose to follow threads here, create new threads, or import over old subscriptions, they will show up in the Followed/Owned mode of New and Followed. I hope this clears it up.

Thanks everyone who replied. I now see how to import those old subscriptions. Didn't realize that was necessary at first. Thanks again!

I'm on Windows Phone 8.1, and the page looks terrible to read.
Everything goes longways vertically.

Is there an option for better mobile browsing?

I just want to say "Attention OLD POTN Users" cut a little close to the bone. Phrasing!

:)

Good thread, lots of data about changes here which does help.

This may sound basic but how do you sort threads by last updated time? I know i'm missing something obvious....

Sorry, it is not there yet, or rather there is no public command set for it at this time.

Every forum and new posts/followed index page is already on "last updated on top" mode.

Yes, but those PM's are safe and when time permits (lot to do for the next version) I'll see if I can offer a way to download them (not import, though).

There were lots of annoucements on that PM removal, but I guess not all saw it.

If you have a way to unload from the database into a record format, I can write a Linux script to pass the data into something human readable, one file per person, with their member name into it. You could offer a download by member to get only the file with their member name in the background so they couldn't circumvent and get some other file. If you want to try just shoot me and link to a file with the db unload data, even if it multiple tables, of my own data, and I can try. Not sure if that would be helpful or not.
