When I saw your title, I laughed out loud. It certainly is unique!

I have a question. If I want to search INSIDE a tread I am already in, how can I easily do this?
Am I blind to an obvious button I am missing? In the old system it was direct under the thread title on the right.
All I see is a "list nearby threads" under the title and a Follow this thread" on the right.

You open SEARCH, click the category IN THREADS and then you will see the option ADD CURRENT THREAD. Click that an now any search you do will be for this thread alone.

EDIT: Be aware though that SEARCH isn't working properly at the moment as it lags behind a bit.
