These were shot with an Olympus Stylus Tough - a cheaper alternative than an underwater housing for a 5D or 6D. I really like this little camera for walk around shooting and of course, the underwater part is awesome... not to mention battery time. I wasn't sure what to expect and was time limited on getting these shots but am happy with the results regardless. To get these shots I traversed some crazy lava rock and was bouncing around so much it was hard to compose anything. The turtles are feeding on the moss on the rocks and they get thrown all over - sometimes upside down on a rock ending up stuck there till the next good wave knocks them off.

Here is one from Cephalonia there a 23 in the lagoon there ,the blue is of the bottom of fisherman’s boats they come under them getting fish scraps as the fishermen clean their catch

Thanks for explaining how the blue debris gets there. Makes sense but would have had me wondering about it without your story.
