I can't tell if I posted these before because I'm not able to see a list of my old threads with the new forum. I searched my name and Grebe but didnt come up with these so here ya go.

These Western Grebe were shot in October while I was camping. My buddy was nice enough to row me out into the lake in his boat for these. Enjoy.

Great shots. Great angle.

I don't see them often around here, and when I do I can't seem to get close to them.

Thanks guys. They were hard to get near from the shore. However, in a boat we got within 20 ft of them.

Wonderful shots Jeremy. Sounds like it would be a good idea to get a kayak or small row boat.

Thanks Peter.

I wish the water was smooth but the wind was blowing like 15 mph. It was tough but being in the boat allowed me to get the shots.
