Identify this filter set-up

Can you identify this filter set up? It looks like it might be a Lee filter holder, but how is the circular filter on the front. Sorry if this is a noob question. I don't use filters that often. Thanks!

Lee and Cokin make slide in circular CP's for their rectangular filter holders.

I don't think it's a Lee holder tho, it seems to be missing the brass screws sticking off.

Might be a Cokin P holder and a larger than P sized filter.

Agree with DisrupTer911, it's a slide in filter type with CPL on the front. Hard to tell what brand. There are some knock offs on eBay that resemble the Cokin.

On my Cokin A series unit the round filters, Pl, star etc are mounted at the camera end of the stack.
